Description: These are the correct DUAL VOICE COIL recone kits for the DCW15 woofer used in the DC15 and 1515 Cerwin Vega speakers. The "DC" in the name actually referenced the fact that the woofers were dual voice coil, and the crossovers actually split the signal and ran different frequencies to each coil. Up till now, all the kits listed for these woofers all used the DLP (dual lead parallel coils, which are different. DLP coils and only have one set of leads. These have dual sets of leads to recone and re-hook up properly. These have the older style red/red foams but are in perfect shape. I came across a large number of old stock recone kits for Cerwin Vega. Strokers, 18" woofers, and misc. Most of these are pre-2010. Kits have changed over the years, and not always for the better.
