1800s Rare Antique 13" Musha Ningyo Toyotomi Hideyoshi Doll Seated Original

Description: This antique 13 inch x 10 inch Samurai doll represents famed hero warrior Toyotomi Hideyoshi (who helped Nobunaga unite Japan) and is a true gem for collectors. Seated and crafted with intricate details, he is an original piece from Japan. Purchased in a Japantown antique store in the 1990s in San Francisco, the doll is believed to date back to the 1800s, making it a rare find for anyone interested in Asian antiques. Its authenticity is guaranteed, and it is sure to be a valuable addition to any collection. Made of original Human hair, oystershell, copper, silk, paper. He comes with a bench but is intended to be kneeling in Japanese seated fashion. He has lost some hair and developed an age "battle" scar on his face as seen. His copper engraved armor pleats are loose and need to be sewn in. As I believe intended, he has a top half and a bottom half the top rests on. He has a wonderful commanding "gofun" oyster shell face.
