Description: This is a beautiful bottle from the H. & J. Pfaff Brewing Company of Boston, Massachusetts. It has a crown top and features an art deco slug plate with the name of the bottler. This bottle has a crown top. Crown tops were invented in the early 1890's. In 1857, this brewery was opened up by two brothers, Henry and Jacob Pfaff. They went out of business in 1918. They were located at 1276 Columbus Avenue, now the site of Roxbury Community College. The bottle is very clear. It features the old characteristics of vintage bottles, internal bubbles and uneven glass. This bottle has absolutely no chips or cracks. It has "742" on the bottom, which would be a lot number. Shipping for this bottle will be only $9.00, anywhere in the U.S. for 2-4 day mail. If you purchase more of my many bottles, I will ship them FREE with your new bottle.
