Description: This Footrest were identified as from a koken beauty shop chair from 1925-1930 by the koken company and as far as I can tell it is from a variation of the #547 chair. You can see a picture of the chair itself and the letter from the koken company sent in 1981. Think it has been painted could be refurbished or use as is. Paperwork not included. But I can make a copy if you want.
