Description: "Modern Home Laundering and How to Use and Care for Your Washer" was published by the Barton Corporation in West Bend, Wisconsin. It was published in 1933. It is a stapled paper booklet measuring 5.5x7.75". 34 pages that show tanning due to age. There are some b/w photos of the Barton plants inside. The deco illustrations are b/w with blue details. The pages are glossy and show tanning due to age plus there are some 'ghost images' across from the blue details. No writing inside, no ripped or missing pages. There is minor edge and corner wear and wear at the stapled spine. The staples are rusted but still holding tight. There are age spots/discoloration on the cover, around the edges, and at the spine. It discusses using your new washer rather than a washboard, rinsing, bluing, starching, drying on the line, ironing, washing woolens and fine silks, caring for your new machine, washing gloves and lingerie, and more. This is a pretty cool historical piece. . FREE GROUND ADVANTAGE (formerly first class) SHIPPING with tracking IN THE US. Ships from my non-smoking home in the US. Thank you for looking.
