Description: This is an original 1940-41 Chevy Trunk Lid Lock/Latch Release Mech. Pretty good condition, some normal wear, not stuck, moves good-see photos. This is the 1st style Center Locking type that slides-see photos. This would fit all '40-41 Chevy passenger cars (Except wagon). This was superseded by part# 4129651 that folds instead of slides. Would also fit '42-48 Chevy passenger cars (Except wagon) if so desired. Please check my other auctions.
