Description: Here we have a scarce vintage railroadiana/train collectible -- a fold-out brochure entitled The Pullman Company at the Chicago Railroad Fair produced for distribution by the Pullman exhibit at the fair. Vintage: 1949 -- these pieces come from the collection of a man who worked on the railroads from the 1940s to the 1960s -- he collected and saved current railroad literature during those decades, and he dated each piece when he picked it up. He picked up these pieces on 6-29-49 Approximate Measurements: please see photo/s with ruler/s Condition: Our photographs reveal the condition best and are the most important part of the description--please enlarge and zoom in on them and examine them carefully. Overall very good to excellent, very-vintage, condition on these items. Lightest possible shelf wear. Very clean and fresh, with no writing, marks, stains, holes, dogeared corners, creases or tears. No funky odors. Rest assured that we will do all we can to ensure that your piece of ephemera arrives exactly as presented in our photos. We invest time and appropriate materials into shipping all of our ephemera. Most pieces are sent in envelopes that are sandwiched between cardboard before being sent as Priority or first-class parcels in non-bendable mailers, which ship at rates much higher than first-class letters. We consider funky odors (cigarette smoke, mildew, etc) to be an important part of a condition report.
