It looks like someone added an additional pleat on the neckline for modesty at some point. Approximate Measurements: Waist 26" Bust 34-35" Length 43" Shoulder to under bust: 10" Condition notes: There are a couple of bleach stains and a darker scuff as pictured, these are not super obvious as they get lost in the pleats of the skirt.
