Description: Two 1964 90 percent silver quarters. Philadelphia and Denver mint marks. They would grade high if not for two issues. One has scratch on obverse and other has dent on rim. Pricing reflects. Have a reddish oxidation toning. I've seen that before but I'm at a loss why. It's quite nice though. Shipping eBay standard envelope with insurance.
