Description: Collectible high grade example of the 1971 Philadelphia issue Washington Quarter. This coin is graded PCGS MS66 (#31501809) and displays very well struck devices and problem free surfaces. The original luster has a decent cartwheel effect when the coin is rotated under adequate lighting. The 1971-P is one of the tougher dates to find in high grades within the 1965-98 CN clad Washington Quarter set. PCGS has graded only 17 higher (8-MS66+, 8-MS67, & 1-MS67+).
