Description: Here is a what I believe to be a fairly rare License Plate for Oklahoma, a 1973 with a 1974 Sticker. 1974 was the Prison Riot Year where prisoners made license plates, and with the riot most burned up, or were heavily damaged by fire, few survived. It is my understanding that they took some overstock 1973 plates and added a 1974 Sticker to turn them into 1974 plates to use for the year. Anyway here is one the looks pretty good, with some scratches Plate # XN-2523. USA lower 48 buyer to pay $7.50 s/h.
