Description: The Terminators are the group that would become Kool G. Rap & D.J. Polo. It started in early 1986 when M.C. Shan wrote the song Forever Dis and M.C. Frost B would do the rapping. The song was only available as an acetate, which Marley Marl played on the radio. Later that summer, D.J. Polo joined Frost and became The Terminators, based on the line from "Forever Dis" that said "As far for now call me the Terminator". Marley Marl laid down the beats for this new song "Polo". But just after this record was released, Frost left and Kool G. Rap became the rapper for the Terminators. The song "It's A Demo" was recorded right away and Marley played it on the radio while the "Polo" record was still new. They had every intention of still calling the group "The Terminators" before they changed the name, which is evident on "It's A Demo" when Kool G. Rap says "We're walking tall, we're called The Terminators". The rest is history. ***VINYL: VG+ / has some light marks and some very light wear. ***JACKET: EX in original shrink.
