It includes the original box, (4) base stakes, (4) tether stakes, (4) tether ropes, (1) replacement bulb, and the instructions. It has been plugged in and tested. It inflates properly and stays inflated. There is a lights inside. Most light up but there are 2 that I could see that do not. I did not attempt to replace the bulbs so I do not know their exact condition. The included spare bulb has not been tested. It has been displayed outside and shows some wear and marks from use.
