SHARP & DOHME Philadelphia, Pa. The four sides of the tin without the hole in it all read 'SUCRETS'. The other tin's four sides are blank. The bottom of both tins read as follows:A STANDARDIZED ANTISEPTIC The germicidal potency of each lot of'SUCRETS' Lozenges manufactured issubjected to a standardized bacterI-ological test. Five cc. of a saturatedaqueous solution of these 'SUCRETS'Lozenges destroy 0.5 cc of a 24-hourbroth culture of Staphylococcus aureuson less than 60 seconds' contact at37° C under standard conditions.
