Description: A "Used" Tommy Armour 845s, "Titanium" Pitching Wedge! So there is no mistake, let me start off by telling you that this club is NOT PURE Titanium, even though the club head says Titanium. The Tommy Armour Pure Titanium Club was a different club head altogether. This club head has a Titanium Face only! That is not the only difference between it and the 845s Silver Scot club head, which I will tell you about. Where the 845s Titanium has the word Titanium, in white paint, on the back of the club head, the Silver Scot would have Silver Scot there in black paint. On the sole of the Silver Scot 845s, Tommy Armour is stamped there. On the Titanium 845s there is only the word Armour. And the Titanium Club Face has a darker club face than that of the Silver Scot, and that is the Titanium Face. I'm not trying to discourage you over wanting this club. If you bother to look on line at the reviews for the Titanium Face club, you'll find that they are ALL positive. Just that if you're familiar with the Silver Scot 845s, the Titanium has some differences, and I would not like to have you be surprised! This club is in pretty good shape too! It has the normal and expected nicks, dings and scratches from bag rattle, but it isn't that bad. The sole is scuffed up some, but the club face is still got all of the dark area of the Titanium around the score lines. The shaft sticker on this club is unreadable, and I am guessing a stiff flex. This club has a different grip than usual. This grip is a Golf Pride Tour Velvet, but it does not feel like velvet, and it has some damage. If you decide you want this club, and you buy it at my asking price, I will install a NEW, Yellow Print, Golf Pride "Grip Rite, Swing Rite" grip on the club prior to shipping it to you.
