Description: Adorable blonde Monday's Child is Fair of Face Nancy Ann storybook doll #180 The Doll Hugs Shop Presents Vintage Nancy Ann doll Offered for sale this week is Monday's Child. She is number 180. She is part of the Dolls of the Day series. Nancy Ann dolls began in the 1930's and were known for their fancy dresses and pouty features. This doll dates from 1943-1945. She is 5-1/2" tall with all bisque body. Her shoes are painted on and black slipper style and her legs are frozen in place. She does have jointed arms. She has a wavy mohair blonde wig. She has on her overlay dot with white slip under and her wears linen pantalets on her legs. As was customary the dress is closed by a safety pin. Her bonnet is missing. She is in Excellent condition and is 80 years old. Her clothing could use a wash as it has been on her in storage.
