I like it for the RC MX cz its rugged for abuse and only takes a simple piece of toothpick to secure 1mm flag pole or swap 1-2mm flags super easy. The fiberglass rod seems to hold up to testing on this soft mount. Again, it's free (Fab and assembly required). I put soft mount this on my Losi MX first and then I'm doing my RC cars and trucks next... I have multiple mount options coming soon with Stainless Steel whip material option and diameters starting at 1mm.
