Description: This antique 27" doll is a German-made collector's item from the late 19th to early 20th century. These dolls were described as patent washables. She has a papier-m head, which is cracked and needs repairs. She has a straw stuffed cloth body. One leg and one arm are hanging by a few threads. Again, these areas need repair. She is a blonde with a curly wig and blue eyes. There is some chipping around her eyes. The underside of her wig reads Lot Size 14. This wig appears to be original. I also believe the off-white underclothing pictured on the doll is original. She also comes with a plaid jacket, which I do not believe is original. She is an unmarked antique doll that's perfect for collectors, with no packaging or personalization. She is looking for the right collector. Is it you?
