antique doll with provenance sleep eyes top & bottom bamboo teeth LAST CHANCE

Description: What a tiny beautiful piece of history! Imagine some young girl receiving this doll way back well over 167 years ago! According to the provenance that came when I bought this doll many years ago it was made at least by 1857 or prior. That would make this wonderful doll over 167 years old. She does have many flaws. Let me try to explain what I see. The head and shoulder plate is one piece and appears to be composition or papier mache. The head only appears to be waxed covered, while the rest doesn't appear to be. No hair or wig. The tape or whatever that is on her head is attached firmly. The head feels solid, but I can't see underneath the covering/ tape. She has dark pupil-less sleep eyes that function properly with an open mouth with 2 upper and 2 lower bamboo teeth. Wooden arms and legs that are jointed at the wrist and ankles. Cloth/fabric covered upper arms, legs and midsection. Composition (I believe) torso with the cloth/fabric covering over it. I don't see or feel any kind of a noise maker. Doll will come the way she is dressed. I do not know if this is the original clothing, but it fits really nice and is in good condition. The string on the bonnet is torn. The doll does have cracks, splits, crazing, rubs, missing spots and chips. Please zoom in on all the pictures and ask any questions prior to bidding.
