Description: I've never seen half moon wire reading glasses except on a picture of Ben Franklin. These were made after 1920 as that seems to be when they added the eye pieces. They still work, but seem to be a light prescription. I haven't cleaned them except to wipe off the dust. The box shipped from Denver to Nebraska. The lid slides across the opening. The sides are dovetailed. Light wood and perfect condition. Great for a collector of advertising and eyewear. Downsizing neighbor.
