Gavit, Albany' at the lower righthand margin. Print was taken from a dilapidated 1849 edition of Documentary History of the State of New York (Weed, Parsons & Co., Albany, 1849). Map is in overall very good to near excellent condition with some minor foxing or marginal toning as well as a bit of tatter at the left hand side of the leaf. Map leaf measures approximately 8 x 7 5/8 inches.
