Description: Antique Pair Of 19th Century Meissen Style Shierholz & Sohn Vases Marked & Numbered 6" each. Oh my goodness, these 2 small lidded vases are stunning! At well over 100 years old, they are in really nice condition with no chips or cracks! They both show some signs of their age, with some wear on the paint & gold gilt areas. One of them has what appears to be a professional repair of the finial part of the lid. I've had them about 30 years & the repair was already there. It is not very noticeable. Gosh wish I knew what their original owners used them for! The wear on their finials tells me they were used & not just decorative, which is how I used them, just for decor. How will you use them?!
