Description: Avengers 57 CGC 8.0 VF * 1st App. of The Vision First Appearance of The Vision. This book has been in my personal collection for the last 25 years. Last year, I decided to send it to a recommended professional presser who proclaimed to have a "special recipe" for cleaning and pressing. He would then send it directly to CGC for grading. When I got it back from CGC, it was graded as a 7.0. When I inspected the book, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned very much because I could still see soil nor did it appear to have been pressed very well because I could see several pressable defects through the case. I thought I could do a better job of cleaning and pressing myself even though I hadn't been doing it myself for very long. So I cracked open the case, fixed or greatly diminished the non-color-breaking spine stress marks and other light fold lines, cleaned it up, pressed it out, and sent it back to CGC. As you can see it came back an 8.0. Now, I press out all my own books, so no need to ever rely on anyone else to do the job when I can do it just as well myself. Package will weigh 2 pounds. International shipments must be insured at your expense. Shipping costs will be consolidated if you win more than one item from me. I will NOT add on nonexistant excessive handling fees that many sellers will charge that go directly to their wallets. I have run into too many sellers on eBay who are so inflexible that they are not willing to accommodate their buyers on shipping so that they can selfishly profit from the handling fees they charge and get angry when they are called on it even though they can offer no legitimate justification for those fees.
