DOA (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) POLICY At the rare instance of DOA (Dead on Arrival), the customer will receive store credit of the purchase amount of the dead fish (shipping is non-refundable and not dismissed even when using store credit). Buyer must, within one hour of receipt, send picture/video proof of the packaging with the fish in its unopened bag.
