It is in good condition, however there are a couple of places where the wood is separated within the overlap of the design, mainly at the top of the headboard, so it will need to be glued and/or screwed or nailed in these areas to give it a bit more stability. There are some light surface scratches on the finish, but it is overall a beautiful solid wood headboard. I am unsure of its age or origins. The headboard is 42.5” tall, and 81” wide.
