General hardness or GH is at around 3 to 5. My DOA policy is if fish arrives dead I need a picture preferably video of fish still in bag unopened within 30 minutes of delivery. Please do not purchase a betta and try to put the fish in high ph above 7.4 and hard water. Your betta will die and if not they will not have a happy healthy life. 7.4 ph max with soft to moderate soft water with temp from 76 to 80 fahrenheit is ideal.
