It wasn't disassembled to be checked so it could need the replacement of the consumable parts (for example tyres, inner tyres, cables, cable tunnels, handlebar tape or grips, brake pads, straps, chain, sprockets, chainrings, bearings, etc...). All the moving parts could need to be serviced. The bearings paths of all the moving parts could have nicks and they could need to be rectyfied or replaced.
