Description: Fancy dress party, Halloween witch, Victorian Dandy, faire or cosplay. One size fits all with this headband cap hat. The headband could be removed and hat pins or clips would probably fasten tighter for a long event. I had another one, same brand and wore it for an evening party with the headband. However, for the weekend Faire, I snipped the hat piece off and secured with Bobby pins. Worked like a CHARM! The point of the cone is 9” tall. The base of the hat is 7” in diameter. The polka dot veil is 6” past the hat brim. The cone is peacock green with velvet brocade. Gorgeous peacock plums. Faux rhinestone ribbon wraps edge of brim (see photos, not rhinestone). So pretty!
