Description: Grown Outdoor Only. This Kingsville Boxwood Buxus microphylla compacta Mame size Bonsai is 8 + years old and was started from a select cutting. It stands 8” Tall from the bottom of the pots feet to the trees top. This tree has an elegant movement in its trunk, good Nebari (surface roots) and a vigorous canopy. It’s planted in a partial glazed/unglazed high quality Japanese pot with chop mark. The pot measures 5” in diameter and is 1 5/8” tall from the pots lip to the base of its feet. I have tended this tree from its beginnings, as a cutting from its parent tree. This tree has been repotted spring of 2022. It shows vigorous new growth, which has just been trimmed. It has some training wires in place, at this time. Pictured with fertilizer pellets. The naturally small leaves and finely flakey bark of Kingsville make them an ideal Candidate for bonsai Ships to U.S. 48 only. Trees ships the day after payment is received or sooner.
