Description: Includes 1 small makeup case with mirror and applicator. Its marked Bell USA when opening the case, Bell displayed on the applicator. There is still some old foundation within. Also includes a cigarette case which has no markings but appears to be a set. Both show much wear\scratches to the finish. Both mechanisms close as expected. I do not believe the fan addition is original, you can see some glue residue on the makeup case and and metal solder between the fan blades on the cigarette case.
