Cannondale Aluminum Road Bike 54cm Made in USA READ *Wheel Issue*

Description: This is a ‘80s era Cannondale aluminum frame road bike with a steel fork. The size is 54cm. The brake levers are Shimano non-shift integrated. Derailleur shifters are SIS/friction levers on the down tubes. Brakes are mechanical rim style side-pull. Rear derailleur hanger is fixed (non-removable from frame). Wheels are clincher/tube. Tubes and tires don’t have many miles on them but should be replaced since I can’t remember when they were last replaced. Pedals included uses the Shimano SPD clips I think. Cables have been replaced. Plastic cable guides are double side taped in place and can be zip-tied to keep them in place, but does not affect the functionality of the bike. Components have been cleaned and lubed for optimal performance. They should be adjusted to ensure they perform to your preferences. The frame and fork have been recently painted with self etching primer, gloss black enamel base coat, 2k clear coat. Logo/badging is not period or model accurate. Paint job is not perfect, but better than the previous color scheme. The frame/fork has never been crashed and does not have any signs of damage or fatigue. THE WHEELS ARE OUT OF ROUND (FLAT/HIGH SPOTS). This probably won’t win you any races, but it is reliable and will get from place to place.
