Description: This specimen is Chilean Azurite with Malachite (and possibly some Crysacolla.... not sure about that) that was dug and cut 50+ years ago. It measures 17mm x 22mm x 4mm in thickness (at it's thickest) and weighs 15.5cts. Cab is not backed and although it takes a great polish I don't think it's suitable for rings...I have set a couple of pieces in pendants. Please look at the pictures carefully as they are an important part of the description...the last picture includes a round piece of Arizona Azurite...just for color comparison...NOT included in shipment.
