Collector's Edition, published 1992 by Easton Press in Norwalk, CT. Features brown leather binding, gold foil lettering and decoration, banded spine, gilt pages, and a gold satin placeholder ribbon. Binding is sound and pages are unmarked, with the exception of very minor scuffing to the gilt head fore edge of textblock.
