Undoubtedly machine washable. No indication of where it was made. SIZE: XL, Extra Large. Sizes of pre-owned shirts can vary, due to cleaning methods over time. *****NOTE: There are two or three very faint stains on the upper right chest, and a faint line belt stain on the lower left waistline. The shirt has been washed multiple times, and the stains seem to be fading away. We have attempted to show them in our pictures, but these stains are all very faint.
