It was made sometime in 1941-1942 per the serial number code HD 20. It turned over but unsure when it last was running. Was used in fresh water only. Condition: Selling for parts or repair only as I am not sure when it was last running. Does have scuffs, dirt, grease and scratches. This is a used part.
