Description: Road Worn Series with High Quality Nitrocellulose finish that helps the wood to resonate freely. Has a 1970's vintage Fender Brassmaster bridge assembly, natural bone nut, reversed knob control panel rewired, so volume is closest to picking hand, and you never accidentally flip the switch and change pickups while strumming. The pickups also seem like they might have been upgraded. they're microphonic, which is usually a sign of vintage pickups or of high quality vintage replicas in my emperience. I personally look for microphonic pickups in guitars, and i even play through unshielded microphonic cables because i notice a difference in tone. I also am a stickler for nitro finishes because of the way they feel, age, and most importantly the way they sound. I'm a firm believer that I always hear more sub bass undertones when the wood body is not encased in plastic like Han Solo in a piece of carbonite, and can actually vibrate freely. I think that warmth from the resonating wood is feed back through the hardware bridge and strings and then actually comes out your amp. If not, it's still nice to feel it vibrating in your hands like a living creature. Long live Nitro!!!
