(2) Combine 1/3 cup cream, 1/2 cup cold water and scone mix in a medium bowl. Stir with a spoon until a loose dough forms. Dough will be slightly sticky. (3) Knead dough 5 to 6 times on a generously floured surface, folding dough in half on top of itself each time until the dough is soft and not too sticky. (4) Divide dough into 2 pieces. Pat each piece into a 4-inch diameter dome, with center slightly higher than outside edge. Cut each dome into 4 wedges. (5) Place scones on an ungreased baking sheet.
