Description: An antique German pewter-mounted tin glazed/faience beer stein, circa 1775. Featuring hand painted polychrome florals on pale blue ground. Measuring approx. 9.5"h x 4.75"w x 6.25"d (including handle). Displays multiple hairlines with some losses, general surface wear with scratches and scattered glaze flakes, dulling and scratches to the pewter, and various production irregularities (including glaze bubbles and pits) - see pictures.
