Description: This used 100 German reichsmark note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Imperial Bank. It is a blue note that is dated 24 June 1935, bears the signatures of Schacht & Dreyse, Vocke, Friedrich, Schneider, Hasse, Ehrhardt, Puhl, and Husle, and measures 180 mm x 90 mm. Its obverse side features a swastika, a C underprint letter, a blue Reichsbank seal, and a portrait of the chemist Justus von Liebig. Its reverse side shows allegorical women and the profile of a woman holding a flaming torch. Though the note does not have a security thread, it has a watermark of Justus von Liebig and an embossed control seal. The note was withdrawn in 1948.
