Description: This is a 2 quart cooking pot (nice for roasts or soup) which is a vintage Guardian Service cookware itemmade of heavy hammered cast aluminum. Should last another 100 years, these pots are virtually indistructible.This pan is very clean and has a nice appearance. I really like the way the pot retains heat even after youhave turned off the stove. Guardian Service made cookware beginning in the 1930s until 1956 when the factory (Los Angeles)burned down.
