I tried out there 9ft 8wt and it felt as light as the helios, was made very well, and was an absolute cannon but could lay the flies in nice as well in tighter lies. I'm trying the 9 ft 5wt next week on my trip and think it will perform well as a dry fly rod tossing bigger flies to the bank. Figured I'd give them a shout out on here since I think most of us have grown tired of 700-800 dollar rods. Lets be real here too, its like golf clubs, if you suck at golf no driver is gunna help you get it together and the same is true with rods, a little extra cash will get you a nicer cork, a flashy design which I don't think many care about, and usually a little lighter in the hand feel.
