I don't think it's locked up from being scored I think it's locked up from how it was stored. I had the muffler off and from what I could see it looked ok. But again the motor is locked up and I didn't try to free it. No idea if it has spark. The top handle was bent and broke where it attached to the case on top but I don't think the case is damaged at all. This is what I have figured out about the saw from a quick inspection. I'm sure some of the parts are definitely still usable. Being sold as is for parts or repair so no returns. Look at the pictures. Thanks for looking.
