Description: Husqvarna 242XP. SN 4050090. This saw is being sold for parts/not working. Has been used and is dirty. Appears complete. New OEM brake band. Chain brake spring recently replaced with modified non-OEM spring (OEM is not available). Chain brake functions, but not as smoothly as it would with an OEM chain brake spring. Bar oiler appears to function. On/off switch is a little sticky but functions correctly. Chain tensioner functions correctly. 18" bar and chain are included; both are worn and will be shipped detached. Saw starts, runs and idles, but stumbles under load, which is why it is being sold for parts/not working. Compression tests at approximately 108 psi. Let me know if you have any other questions.
