Easier to clean than sponges or screens. Made in the USA! Background I couldn't find a compatible pre-filter to keep my tetras safe for my Fluval AquaClear 70. After ordering several types online and being dissatisfied, I decided to model and print what I thought would be best. It works great! I've been testing in my freshwater aquarium for some months now and am happy with the latest design. Notes / Caveats This is NOT a mass manufactured item. I print these on my home 3d printer. There may be: minor inconsistencies in the mesh pattern. My printer doesn't do a perfect job. some small plastic strings inside or around the filter. Don't expect fancy retail packaging.
