Description: Really pretty dress. Soft and drapey. This is not lined. Can’t really tell if you can see through it. The neckline is that crossover type which I believe is called suplice. Pretty little details with a smocked and very elastic waist, smocked across the back, as well, little ruffles in all the right places, but not too many ! Two bigger ones on the skirt. I do consider this a maxi, and when I hold it up to me it hits at the top of my ankles. I happened to be 5 foot two. This would be great for strolling around town, heading out to lunch, perhaps a baby shower. I can think of 1000 reasons to wear this. No signs of wear and very pretty. The size says small, and I measured the length of the skirt from the middle of the waist line on my manikin and it hits at about 33 inches long .
