My main autograph targets were Hall of Fame baseball players and players who debuted after 1950, using Jack Smalling's "Baseball Address Guide." I actively added to my collection until 1991 when I went to college and took several years off. In 1996 a friend gave me an autographed Rocky Bleier photo re-sparking my interest in the hobby. Since then I’ve been collecting mainly Pittsburgh Steelers memorabilia and I am the founder of the Pittsburgh Pro Football Hall of Fame, which is an on-line Hall of Fame for former players from all Pittsburgh Area teams. Now that retirement age is approaching quickly, I decided it’s time to let go of the collection I’ve worked on for the last 35+ years.
