Swing on by the bustling downstairs pharmacy to pick up some medicine, or see if the reclining couch and patio are enough to do the trick! Building includes a fully detailed pharmacy with product racks, checkout counter, and newspaper rack; along with an indoor bike rack, coat/hat hanger, back porch with pergola and couch, and 2 floors for you to fill with your own furniture and designs! All floors are removable for interior play and have a staircase leading from floor to floor. YOU WILL RECEIVE: - two pdf files of the instructions (highlighted and non-highlighted) - a parts list of modular (XML file for easy uploading into bricklink)- LDD files of each floor of the modular for your own custom modifications, along with a 'whole' LDD file After receiving the payment, you will receive all files as a zip on your email address.
