Item is in good/fair condition and comes from a smoke free home. Cleaned and sanitized. BUT... FLAWS : even with washing, this duvet cover has faded stains. I show all in photos. These are mainly on white polka dot side and some are really faint--but should be noted. Priced accordingly.
