SUGGESTED USE: Stove Top Cooking Instructions This product is raw, it must be cooked in order to enjoy its delicious flavor.Using a fine mesh sieve, thoroughly rinse 8oz of wild rice under cold water for 1-2 minutes and drain. In a 2 qt. saucepan bring 2 1/4 cups water to a boil. Stir in wild rice.Cover with a tight-fitting lid. Reduce heat to maintain a low simmer and cook for 45-50 minutes.With lid on, remove from heat and let steam for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork and enjoy.
