Description: This sale is for a vintage (ca. 1973) souvenir patch from Magic Mountain, in Valencia, California. These were part of a very limited time promotion early in the park's history. This souvenir patch was awarded patrons who could prove they rode on each of Magic Mountain's main rides: Log Jammer, Mountain Express, Gold Rusher, Jet Stream, Spin-Out, Crazy Barrels, and Eagle's Flight. Guests had to fill out a punch-card that was endorsed by each of the ride's attendant. The cards could be redeemed and the patch was available to those bringing in the card.This patch measures about 3 inches in diameter, is embroidered, with a red edge, blue and orange lettering on white background and has the Magic Mountain green troll mascot. Condition is like-new, very clean and does not appear to have been sewn onto anything. It ships FREE within the US.
